I would like to take this opportunity express my most sincere apology to my fans The mobile police
department and everyone involved in the small disturbance that broke out this past Saturday at the blues show in Mobile. The
problem started when a young man begin to make trouble in the line that had formed to take pictures with me. My security responded
in a very professional manner and squelched the disturbance before it got out of hand. as it is in all situations like this
hundreds of rumors have spread and I want to set the record straight.
NO. Willie Clayton and I did not have a fist fight.
No, Willie Clayton did not pay a Crackhead to make a disturbance because he was jealous about the large numbers of people
that left their seats to take pictures with me ...
Those are all false rumors I would like to especially thank the Mobile
police department because they were very nice to me and helped me avoid further trouble. I apologize for the inconvenience
and I would like to thank my fans for standing with me hopefully nothing of this manner will ever happen again.
